In order to guarantee your desk, we do not accept bookings more than 15 days in advance, and we ask for 50% of the contract value at the time of booking and the remaining 50% on the day the contract begins. The value of the signal will not be refunded in case of cancellation, as we didn't rent the desk to keep it for you.
In order that you can plan your events, trainings and meetings in advance, we accept reservations up to 12 months in advance. We ask for 50% of the contract value at the time of booking and the remaining 50% on the day the contract begins.
The signal value will be returned:
– in full up to 45 days before the event
– 50% up to 30 days before the event
– will not be refunded in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the event
The reservation may be cancelled up to 30 days before the scheduled date, without penalty of the amount paid in advance, provided that a refund is requested by email to hello@synergy-porto.com.
Up to 48 hours before the date of the reservation, the client may cancel and use the amount paid for the reservation for another date to be defined, subject to availability.
If the client does not cancel or reschedule within the aforementioned deadlines, the full amount (100%) will be charged, with no right to refund. If the 50% due on the day of the reservation has not been paid, it will be considered in debt.
